At Bullet Journal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new stationery doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
